Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Simply contact our Customer Support Team at support@poreviaskin.com and we'll provide you with all the instructions needed to complete your return. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
  • Once shipped, please share a photo of the postage receipt or tracking number with our team
  • For orders valued over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@poreviaskin.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care & beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first, and once your return is accepted, place a new separate order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility conditions apply — item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@poreviaskin.com
